Henry Hudson Regional Music Department

Mr. Starr is a 2012 graduate of the University of Delaware where he studied Music Education with a concentration in Trumpet.  While at Delaware, he performed in the Inaugural Parade in Washington DC; the New Year's Day parade in Dublin, Ireland; at the FCS Football Championship in Frisco, Texas; the NCAAW Basketball tournament in Little Rock, Arkansas; Camden Yards in Baltimore, Maryland; and Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia.  He is a brother of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, serving as the Vice President and Web Site Technician. In 2016, Mr. Starr, along with select students, accepted the award for best mixed pit orchestra for Henry Hudson's performance of Shrek the Musical. Mr. Starr can be emailed at jstarr @ hhrs.us
